2. What Data We Collect

This website does not require registration and does not collect personal data through standard browsing. The following data may be collected in specific circumstances:

• Contact form submissions: Name, phone number and email address provided voluntarily through the contact form on the Contact page. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties.
• Server access logs: Standard web server logs record IP addresses, requested URLs, referrer headers and browser type as part of normal server operation. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and used exclusively for security and technical diagnostics.
• Cookies: This site sets a single functional cookie (cookie_consent) to record whether you have accepted or rejected cookie usage. This cookie contains no personally identifiable information and expires after 12 months.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Processing of contact form data is carried out on the basis of your explicit consent provided at the time of submission (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Server log processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining website security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The functional cookie for consent recording is based on legitimate interest in operating the site in compliance with applicable cookie regulations.

4. Third-Party Content

Images displayed on this site are served directly from Wikimedia Commons (upload.wikimedia.org) under Creative Commons licences. When your browser loads these images, a connection is made to Wikimedia Foundation servers, which may process your IP address in accordance with the Wikimedia Foundation Privacy Policy. We have no control over this processing.

Contact form submission data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt, after which it is permanently deleted unless ongoing correspondence requires retention. Server access logs are retained for 30 days. The consent cookie expires after 12 months and is not renewed automatically.
